Milly Sinclair: Founder/Director of Milly Sinclair Associates
My background encompasses both theatre and psychotherapy. Starting out as an actress, I later did an MA in dramatherapy working with many different client groups.
Together with a business partner and associates, I set up the "Creative Edge” partnership consultancy 16 years ago. Using a dynamic blend of theatre and therapeutic skills, we designed and led unique training programmes for a variety of clients. I have run Milly Sinclair Associates for 9 years, working with some of the most cutting edge and creative organisational consultants in the U.K
I am a trained executive coach and have completed an 18-month facilitation course “Organisational Systemic Constellations”, and am an accredited 'Systemic Coach,' which has had a profound influence upon my “whole organisational” approach to development. Having studied Myers Briggs theory and Transactional Analysis, this knowledge is integrated into many of my team days and courses exploring group dynamics and communication.
My home is in Stroud where I live with my husband and two sports-mad boys!
I am very pleased to say that my associates are truly the best in their field. I have learnt so much from their expertise, wisdom and insight, and am very happy to introduce you to them.
